Jason Witten ranks 1st in the NFC in receptions by a TE, with 39 (that ranks him 6th in the NFL, there are a lot of pass-catching TEs in the AFC)... he ranks 2nd in the NFC in receiving yards... Jason has really picked things up since Romo became the starting QB, catching 20 passes for 260 yards and a TD in the last 4 games...

FWIW, Terrell Owens has also come up bigger since Romo entered the starting lineup, 32 catches for 422 yards and 6 of his 7 TD catches coming in the last 5 games...

Tony Romo ranks 1st in the NFC in quarterback rating, at 100.0... this ranks him 2nd in the NFL... he's also 1st in the NFC in completion percentage, 2nd in the NFL...

Mat McBriar is 1st in the league in gross punting average at 49.5 yards per kick, 5th in net punting average at 39.0 (2nd in the NFC)...

Witten and McBriar should be locks for the Pro Bowl if their season continues as it has thus far, IMO... Romo might be worth serious consideration too, if he keeps on playing at this level... even TO could wind up deserving some Pro Bowl consideration, if he continues playing at the level he has these last five games; that would put him right around 90 receptions for the season, for 1200 yards and 11 TDs... he's 6th in the NFC right now (tied for most TD catches), and another 35-40 catches over these last six games would undoubtedly move him higher on the stats sheet... the NFC takes 4 WRs for the Pro Bowl...

Just to add...

Yards Per Pass Attempt
Romo..............8.9
McNabb...........8.4
Brees..............8.1
Palmer.............8.1
PManning.........7.7
Rivers..............7.7
Huard..............7.6
Roethlisberger...7.6
Bulger..............7.3
Kitna...............7.2

It will be very difficult for anyone to catch Romo in this category.

With McNabb gone, Hasslebeck being injured... Romo could sneak into the Probowl.

He isn't an option on the list. Bledsoe is...

If they he even shows up on the ballot. They currently still have Bledsoe on there.
