Unless off field activities are serious, doubt it will have much of an effect on their draft status.

I disagree. Considering the current NFL landscape and the amount of investment made in drafted players, I think if the reports are true, then it could significantly affect their status.

I agree. I don't want either one regardless.

Manningham's a day two guy. He's Antonio Bryant, between the ears is going to cost him millions and keep him from realizing his potential.

His alleged lie-o-rama act at the combine has really soured teams, more so than his 4.6.

Some team's fans are going to be excited, proclaimng him the biggest steal of the draft only to be disappointed down the road.

Exactly right. Manningham has a personality problem. He's nothing more than an Antonio Bryant part deux. However, Jackson has an ego problem. He has a pre-modonna personality, which isn't necessarily a bad thing as long as he can produce on the field. It's when a player doesn't produce and has a pre-modonna complex that things go south in a hurry.

I'm not crazy about either. One is a possible head case and the other is just to small for my taste.

I think that if we had a chance to draft Desan Jackson we wouldn't care how many minor behaviour issiues he has off the field period point blank.

What was his act at the combine? I know he's been a problem at UM, but I'm curious how that spilled over at the combine.

I don't get it. Why are so many WRs troublemakers? Outside skill positions in general as a matter of fact (wrs and cbs). It seems the closer you get to the interior positions, the less you hear from them.

I realize I'm generalizing here, but....
