A player with enough talent to play in NFL doesn't get cut when he is trying for backup job in CFL. Its nice sentiment to express but Quincy had borderline talent to be good Backup QB in NFL at best.

He has had more chances than many players in NFL get, especially with his problems and talent. I think that river has run its course.
