Some quick comments about yesterday's win

Biadasz is a beast in the run game. A few pressures would be expected from Cox and Hargrove.

don’t let this Biadasz hating agenda troll spread misinformation.
Willams and Biadasz are speed bumps in pass protection, every game the both of them get pushed into the backfield, or straight out steamed rolled

Is just me, but didn't I read/hear the Eagles had 2nd best NFC defense behind the Panthers

yes and I having read many of your post I think your compilation profile needs to be turned over to a therapist:cool:

Maybe you should just listen as my analysis is typically accurate. But by all means feel free. Not sure why I even bother sometimes. If you want to wrongly think Biadasz is a bad young center why should I care?

Williams I never liked. He has no excuse in his 4th year.

Biadasz is a good young center. But I could see how a layman would see a few plays and make a judgement.

A blindman can see he is susceptible to a strong bull rush

his exchange between started with my first post,"
"i did think Biadasz would have more strength". Williams is OK
thanks for your thoughts: / which resulted in you calling me a troll
Badass damn sure needs more strength but you come out in over kill [your MO]

-Moore showed the Eagles that they hired the wrong HC.
-We have two real good assistants, but MM is going to cost us a win with his terrible clock mgmt.
-Like MM Zuerline is going to cost us at some point.
-This team is totally different and hard to stop playing ahead. Balanced attack, keep defense fresh.
-Another great rushing attack, teams are going to have to pick their poison defending us.
-Biad really struggled and Connor Williams was a flag machine. I think McGovern is going to start at some point.
-Looks like we signed the wrong TE, Shultz is becoming a star and can also block in line.
-Diggs is already a star. Yes, gives up a big play from time to time, but he is a ball magnet.
-Actually thought Jaylon played very well spying Hurts.
-Gregory/Parsons didn't get many sacks, but they had good pressure
-Counted two easy interceptions that Lewis should of made, one being a pick 6.
-Cooper just doesn't look right, we really need Gallup to return.
-Another good game from Steele, saw a few pressures, but he held up.
-The Eagles are who we thought they were, a rebuilding team.
zeurline already cost us.....the Tampa game.
I like sacks, it means you are putting pressure, but pressure usually leads to turnovers and interceptions....we have been pretty consistent with pressure.
Cooper was hurt, you could see that.
I like the swarming defense, they are swarming and they are relentless and the speed to previous years is obvious. we are so much faster across the board.

I agree with all of this. But a point about Jaylon Smith, I wonder if giving him a simple assignments like spying on Hurts make the game easier for him. If he has one thing to do he can focus on that and make quicker decisions. But I did think he was running faster last night than I had seen him in the other games.

Favorite thread......lol
  • Agree with all your bullets but might add a few others
  • Not sure who it was, either Coop or Wilson was saying last week good Moore was as finding mismatches. He's on fire....
  • I may pixx off a few here, this was a solid win but to me, the Eagles are worst than I thought. I can see why their coach wore that silly axx Tee. He was trying to light some fire in his guys. They are not the Eagles we've come to know from the past. Hell, we slapped them one time and they pretty folded like a cheap suit. You had to punch the old Eagles in the mouth and they kept coming, not this group. I sense Howie Roseman failure at the QB position is catching up with him. In other words, they're playing as if they have little or no leadership. In fact, right now, the G-men are 2nd best team in the division IMO, regardless of their 0-3 record.
  • Memo to Stephen Jones......sign Shultz to a long-term deal NOW. The kid was drafted as blocking TE, so we know that's a strength but his hands and route-running have been a pleasant surprise. He's proven he can consistently play at a high level as a COMPLETE TE.
  • Coop isn't 100% but he's a guy that never misses a game. Kinda like Julio Jones, always on the weekly injury list but shows up on the field every Sunday.
BTW.....what are your thoughts on LVE?????
I thought they did us a favor trading Wentz and replacing him with Hurts. They are clearing rebuilding. Both them and the Giants have 2 1st rd picks next yr, you would think they will be drafting or trading for replacements in the off-season, same could be said in Washington.

Lve flashed a few times, but his strength is suppose to be in coverage, why were the TE's running so free? Thus far he seems better against the run and rushing the passer then he is in pass coverage.

Many were killing the Shultz pick as a reach cause Witten surprisingly retired. To his credit, he has developed into a real nice player. It seems like every week, he makes a key 3rd down conversion. It is going to be an interesting off-season, several contracts will be up; him, Connor, Gregory, Gallup, 2 safeties, Lve, etc.

Lol….so a few pressures from Steele but he did well. A few from Biadasz and he played poorly?

your like one of those naive fans that thought jarwin was the better te. TE’s block and Biadasz blocks in the run game and has been a monster leading the way fir the run game.

Biadasz isn’t going anywhere. But I’m sure you will continue to be wrong.
Badasz was sent airmail backwards into the QB [a few pressures] but your probably right they'll keep him in the weight room and he should develop

Cooper has cracked ribs

A lot of people were actually high on Schultz. Good blocker from good school (Stanford). Blue collar pick.

A chip shot FG from being 3-0..

I recall many hated the pick, several wanted that Michigan DT that the Raiders took with the heart condition.
