Cundiff:
I'll eat my crow on this one for sure. The one thing he was most reliable at (kicks inside 40 yards) has gone down the crapper and it is killing us. We need to find a real kicker for next season on the double.
McBriar:
The guy has a powerful leg and I was pulling for him all year, but this random shanks are killing us and his net punting yards aren't very good either. At the least, bring in some competition for the job. For those who say don't rush to judgment, look up his net punting average before the last game, he was middle of the pack at best I believe.
OL:
Most disappointing area of all, and BP has to take a huge part of the blame here. Nothing but misses on draft picks and free agents thus far along the OL and it is killing this team. Games are won in the trenches. There is no way around that fact; and we seem to lose this battle WAY too often.
RB:
I like the talent we have at the position and feel like with a 100% JJ there is no limit to what Jones and Barber and do; but the question is can JJ get to 100% and stay there. I guess we will find out over the next year or 2. Jones just doesn't seem right this year, for whatever reason (injuries, bulking up, etc) and he needs to go all out from here on out into next year to take his job back.
Defense:
I love most of the moves BP has made to help out the defense and he should get most of the credit for their success up to this point. I know they have fallen off some, but injuries have also played a huge role, especially with us losing Dat (experience, instincts) and Henry (was playing pretty well before getting banged up); along with the fact some of our rookies may have just hit the wall. Guys like Canty, Spears, James, TNew, RW and Ware provide us something to look forward to in the future, and we can hope that the light comes on for Burnett next year. Add a ballhawk FS (DRAFT) and and a little more talent at LB'er and this defense can get really aggressive and carry the offense until it catches up.

Inconsistent play continues to disrupt our special teams play. Very disappointing........
