124 straight passes without an INT.

15 quarters since his last INT, 3 complete games and the last 3 quarters of the Eagles loss.

9 TDs since that last INT.

5 straight games under 300 yards passing, 5 straight games under 40 pass attempts.

Ive never needed stats to smile about Romo. I can see how lucky we are every time this guy takes the field.

Not sure where this ideology that he was careless with the football crept back up from. He has done a pretty good job since 2009.

Good information. Thanks for sharing.

Have I ever mentioned how much I despise when commentators shares these types during a broadcast?

For instance, whenever Bailey lines up to a kick a field goal, we have to hear how many consecutive field goals he's made. It's almost like a deliberate attempt to jinx us.

Seeing as how that last INT was a perfectly thrown ball that Marty bascially handed to NA, I wonder how many throws he's had since the last one that could legitimately be put on Romo. The one in the first quarter against NE maybe?

tony is playing great of late..

if he keeps it up and the defense rights the ship...

we might just do something.

192 passes.

I always stated, I would not trade Romo for any qb........still would not!

So what are you saying? He is due? :D

Man I hate it when the analysts say stuff like that during the game. And then BAM!! You know the deal.

Not to fear though, it is still November and that makes it the official Tony Romo Month in all civilized places around the globe!

Having him on my fantasy team, I'd like to see a few more 301 yard games. On 25 passes is fine, but get the yards over 300.

A few more stats...

Romo is on pace for the following:

4,977 yards
34 TDs
12 INTs

That would probably be his best year ever...

You're entitled to your opinion but my opinion is that's ludicrous, you wouldn't trade Romo for Rodgers? Well glad u like Romo that much but I sure don't.

agreed those are encouraging numbers for Romo...but its still early and we have been here before.

Don't forget about the 'almost' timeout.

I wonder if they track stats for that.

It would blow past his yardage record, but fall just 2 short of his TD record. He only had 9 INTs in 2009, but 12 would be more impressive given the other stats.

No but I keep track of whining for no reason. Does that count?

Thank you for saying he's entitled to his opinion, rather than just calling him an idiot or something. I say that because I share his opinion. I wouldn't trade Romo for anyone either. Now, if we lost Romo for any reason, if you asked me who I'd want in his place I would definitely say Rogers because I think the two are so similar in their skill sets. Is Rogers having a better year? Sure! But that, to me doesn't necessarily make him a better quarterback because there are so many other variables at play here. If you switch the two to the other team I think you would see each put up similar numbers as the other has. Even if someone wants to say that Rogers is definitely better, I don't see that big of a margin of difference. Plus I just love watching Tony play because of his style when he evades the rush and gets outside the pocket. Every time I see him spin out of a rush and drift out, I know something amazing is coming! That to me as a fan is one of the most exciting things to watch. So yes, we are all entitled to our opinions, and I have no problem with yours. Glad you have no problem with mine and CC's, too. ;)

I see what you're saying but I'd trade Romo for Rodgers but not for anybody else.

He threw for more TDs in 2007.

He threw less INTs in 2009.

That would be his record for yards.

That's an MVP year in a typical year.
