and believe it or not, a 6-10 team from a year ago can't be more talented than playoff teams
Please tell me you're kidding right?
Chicago was worse than 6-10 last year. Washington and NY were 6-10 last year. Carolina was 7-9. Tampa was what, 5-11? The only team in the playoffs in the NFC this year that had a decent year last year was the Seahawks. Dallas has plenty of talent on offense.
WR: Glenn/Key/Crayton = above average to Good
TE: Witten = Pro Bowl caliber
QB: Bledsoe = potential pro bowler
RB: Jones/Barber = potential pro bowler (if he plays all year) + solid 3rd down guy
OL: This is a bit weak...but supposedly we have...Allen (HOF Guard), Rivera (consistent Pro Bowler), and a solid young C. I won't include Adams for the obvious reasons though, I think I could point to the offenses underachievement while he was in there as evidence of poor coaching. Rob is a rookie, he had a bad year, he should have done better, someone else should have been in there if he couldn't.
More talent than most of these playoff teams are throwing out there.
