- Key wanted a big contract and at age 34, Dallas wasn't willing to give it to him.

- TO wants his money. With the cash being thrown around in FA this year, TO won't want a incentive laden contract. This may be a length process because he wants a money contract (not an incentive contract).

- Dallas is the most likely to give him that money.

- TO was likely turned off by the Denver meeting.

- Bill probably wants TO now with Key gone.
