I know this is :horse: and I apologize fir this ,but I have to vent.

Some one in this organization has to be accountable for this teams failures for the last few years. Whether it be The Players, The coaching staff, the Head Coach or the owner/GM , something has to change.

How can anyone say that after what we've seen that this team should stay @ status quo.And from what I've heard from our owner / GM, it's going to be, as far as our leadership goes.

It's hard to follow and support a team that seems to stay @ mediocracy.

I'll be there, because I have been with The Boys for 25 years, but believe me ,I expect alot of criticism from other fans about this team for the next few years and deservingly so.

Some may call us America's team, but after the last few years, and from what I see for our immediate future, I'm afraid the shine is fading from the Star.

Jerry Jones was very emphatic after the game that Wade Phillips has a job next year.

As I stated several times, I expect Bruce Read and Brian Stewart to be the sacrificial lambs and the ones Jerry Jones can beat his chest and say that he "fixed" the problem.

Again, this is most likely about Jerry Jones promising Jason Garrett that he would be the next Head Coach. He knows that Jason Garrett is not ready yet and wants to keep Wade Phillips around until Jason Garrett is ready to be Head Coach.

Its up to the players if they want to be better.

Its up to Romo if he wasnts to work on protecting the ball. The O-line if they want to be in better shape next year, and cut back on the mental errors. Up to the WRs to put in the work to run better routes, and get separation.

Read and Stewart have to go for obvious reasons, they aren't NFL material, and they won't get a job anywhere else they go. Wade has done great with our defense, but I have no clue what Red Jesus did to our offense. 3rd and inches, shotgun draw. 3rd and a yard, WR screen. This team lacked balance, and teams would tee off on us.

It's out of the players hands at this point.

They don't rally around a media that some here think picks on the Cowboys.

They don't rally around their Head Coach when he should be on the Hot Seat.

They don't rally when the media supposedly makes up story about cliques and strife in the lockerroom.

They don't rally when everything is on the line and the Playoffs are at stake.

The main problem is Jerry Jones.

As I stated before, the only hope is that somebody like Bill Parcells accepts the job.

M-SAMA is right on here. Read and Stewart will be offered up. But I will say this: I believe either Wade or Garrett won't return next year. No one is discussing this, but they have pride and they have money. Most importantly they know it isn't working: so one of them will step aside. I think it might be Wade. Think about it: he knows he can get a DC job in a day or two. Red? His phone won't be ringing off the hook AT ALL. This will get very interesting..............it always does with JJ the puppet master.

I agree. I think JJ will not fire Wade, I think Wade will step down ( with a little help from behind) so JJ can save face and come out looking like a nice guy.

At least I hope.:crossed:

Something has to be done with Jason Garrett.

Im not saying fire him but adjustments need to be made.

I wish we could get David Lee back and losing Sporano is really what killed us in the end this year on that side of the ball.

If there are any coaching changes, and honestly at this point I'm not confident there will be, it's going to be Stewart and Read. But that is about the best anyone can hope for at this point.

Since it appears Wade is staying fire Stewart and Read and replace with Mangini and Westhoff (Jest ST coach).

Well, I'm afraid you are correct. Jerry Jones is washed up and has hung this franchise out to dry.
