Someone refresh my memory, please

Do these teams even care that it is a "process" that takes at least a decade of continuity???? I am so gut punched about another wasted year of watching The Clapping Carrot walking around clapping and pushing and spitting....whilst in his spiffy Bat Utility Belt.

Who cares?

They brought in a very good HC and brought in a great football mind in Coughlin as President.

And now they are in the AFC Title game.

There’s a lesson here but some of you and more importantly Jerry will simply not get it.

Everyone on this site thought Coughlin was washed up when his tenure in NY came to an end. And nobody thought Doug Marrone was a good coach 18 months ago. Jacksonville has the personnel that we don't have right now on defense and it's a year to year league.

It also helps the AFc sucks this year. I guess we aren't going to acknowledge that the Jags won one more game then Garrett did.

They're currently just a better franchise. They have us at owner, HC, QB, and GM. But, we have a better stadium and more sponsors, so there's that.

What's the lesson?

The lesson is that you don’t need 7 years to build a culture or teach a team to win.

The lesson is that this idea that a coaching change leads to struggles early is largely poppycock. You hire the right coach, he’ll turn around the franchise immediately.

LOL.

The excuses and rationales just roll off your tongue with ease.

I think your problem is you think there's some blueprint to winning in this league. How can we get the right coach? Sign me up! I'm down.
