How many years has Doug Marrone been coaching in Jax?
One. Just one. His process is shorter than Garrett’s.
How many years has Doug Marrone been coaching in Jax?
Who cares?
They brought in a very good HC and brought in a great football mind in Coughlin as President.
And now they are in the AFC Title game.
There’s a lesson here but some of you and more importantly Jerry will simply not get it.

Everyone on this site thought Coughlin was washed up when his tenure in NY came to an end. And nobody thought Doug Marrone was a good coach 18 months ago. Jacksonville has the personnel that we don't have right now on defense and it's a year to year league.
What's the lesson?
It also helps the AFc sucks this year. I guess we aren't going to acknowledge that the Jags won one more game then Garrett did.
I think your problem is you think there's some blueprint to winning in this league. How can we get the right coach? Sign me up! I'm down. The lesson is that you don’t need 7 years to build a culture or teach a team to win.
The lesson is that this idea that a coaching change leads to struggles early is largely poppycock. You hire the right coach, he’ll turn around the franchise immediately.
Jags didn't win one more game then us?LOL.
The excuses and rationales just roll off your tongue with ease.
