On the last drive when Romo threw what looked like a fade to Crayton and over threw it, did Crayton stop on the route? It looked like he pulled up for some reason to me. IMO, had he finished the route like he should have we would have scored the TD (provided he didn't drop it).

Yes he did. It was clear.

Between that and the drop on 3rd down of the easy slant and the fumble punt, I think Crayton was the biggest goat in this game.

Yes, he pulled up, then started to get going again and the ball was in front of him when it went by. Don't know why he slowed down.

I said that guy is no second receiver and today proved it...let him WALK!!

They should have went out and got Chambers in the middle of the season....like the proactive Smith in San diego did.

YES HE DID!!! I was wondering if anyone else noticed it. What a horrendous day Crayton had. He wasn't the only "goat" out there. The bonehead penalties also did us in. The Cowboys are clearly more talented than the Giants. It was evident in the first half. The second half was a meltdown of humongous proportions. What a waste.

Given how poorly he caught the ball today, we'd like to THINK that play would have resulted in a TD but he DID give up on the play. To see TO crying in defense of Romo (on NFL Network right now) and know that Crayton gave up on the play that SHOULD have been the game-winning TD just kills me.

He stopped on the route, he dropped two huge passes, he muffed a punt. He needs to come out and own up to his trash talk. He is a first class punk who talks the talk of a big time player, but was so friggin awful today, I cant even believe it.

yes he did - Crayton may have singlehandedly cost us the game (although there is PLENTY of blame to go around) - uncluding the coaches.

I don't like that the guy talking the most smack ends up being the guy who played the worst game. If it fires you (and the team) up, and makes you play lights out, then fine. But given what happened today, I hope Crayton zips up until he's a proven winner in big games.

It does not matter that Crayton stopped on his route....he would drop it had he run the entire route to catch it. They should not have signed this losser to a contract extension.

Crayton is a loud mouth bum... I don't mind you talking, but if you can't back it up, then stop stopping on your routes.. That was a TD in the making.

Exactly. He cost us this game three times over, and almost four times over when he muffed the punt and his senseless smack talk before the game.

Am I the only one who regrets that we just signed a guy who will be a career third receiver to big money?

I have always liked Crayton. He picked a bad time to have a crappy game and is truly the Goat of the game.

Unfortunately for him, he's a local kid. He's going to have to hide in his home until training camp.

Crayton owes every single fan, eversingle teammate, and every single coach a personal apology. Until I get that I hope he never plays another game in a Cowboy's uniform, if that means he screws up his knee next pre-season, then so be it.

According to Norm Hitzges, Crayton refused to talk to the media after the game. And said something like "no comment and good luck to the giants next week." He ran his trap during the week, but after a lousy game, he had nothing to say. Hopefully, he learned something today. I just don't know where his head was. Remember when we were all saying he has the best hands on the team?
