Actually, it makes my WEEK better.

Food tastes better.

Stupid people on the road don't bother me as much.

I can watch NFL highlights without cringing.

I don't have to avoid sports talk until Tuesday.

I'm happier posting news articles and other info for you guys..

I know some folks are unhappy with how the game played out and I have no problem with that. There were lots of things to be unhappy about.

I just know that we finally got a win after two miserable weeks. So I'm going to enjoy this win, because with this team, you never know when the next one is going to happen.:

Could not agree more. I will savor this win. Oh, and the reason winning makes your week better? Well, because losing really sucks?:D

Well, duh!

:)

One playoff win in 15 years and no signs of contention on the horizon.

No I dont feel any better about this team.

Im 41 now, I wonder if I will ever witness another championship before I die

I will be the first to say the win was not a thing of beauty, but it is a win and it beats the heck out of a loss! Looking at our season so far, we are pretty much on course. According to experts: we beat a team we probably should not have (NY), we lost to a team we should have beat (Seattle, although they are a pretty decent team), and have done what was expected against the others. The Cowboys are 3-3 and sitting in good shape to be in the hunt for a playoff spot (may be the division title). I will gladly take that as compared to where we could be. I am not saying Dallas is perfect or a SB contender, I am just saying I am happy that the Cowboys won and the season still looks promising...

I'm sorry, this thread isn't about the history of the Cowboys, nor the future of the Cowboys.

This thread is just about today. And today, they got a W.

It made me happy...

I can't say I feel better about this team, but I sure as heck feel better about today and the upcomming week.

You're only guaranteed 16 opportunities a year. I'm always happy after a win.

I agree 100%. I can wear my Boys gear without the ridicule. I'm in a better mood. A win is a win is a win. I'll take it!

Yep, a win puts me in a good mood also. I don't care what the record is or who we beat whenever we win I'm always in a good mood the rest of the day. What sucks is playing MNF or SNF and winning and I'm in a good mood for the 10 minutes before I go to bed. I love winning the noon game and then being able to enjoy it all day like today.

Spot on WoodysGirl. I hope you and all fans have a great week (even the ones trying to ruin your thread).

The wins make me feel better, but the losses don't get to me like they used to.

I know exactly what you mean though WG!

No good feeling after this game. We struggled with a bad Carolina team as Garrett almost blew it, with his atrocious play calling and decisions.

The upcoming week is always a bit easier to deal with with a Cowboys win under our belts. :)

It definitely wasn't a pretty win, but winning is a lot better than the alternative.

Yipeeeeee! I agree!

:beatit:

A win always makes Sundays better. They seem a little more special recently, for some reason.

Usually it does. This win just doesn't do a whole lot for my Cowboys spirits though.

If we can beat the Giants than I may start thinking about getting my hopes up again.

I'm kinda in the same boat. I'm happy we won, but I'm already getting excited about the Giants game. Those are almost always good ones and if we win it, well, things might start lookin' up around here again.
