Get back to having fun again. Watch this video and you can tell their team chemistry is on a completely different level from ours. It reminds me of what we had going on around here from '06-'09 with the Choice/Hurd youtube videos. I wish our team would stop being so uptight, loosen up for crying out loud, but unfortunately I know it comes from our head coach.

Since none of us are in the locker room, I don't think you can say this is an absolute certainty.

Also, Tashard Choice was a bum. It was on this site. Cutting him was cheered by everyone except Bleu lol. Really want to go there with the Choice angle on a total uncertainty?

Winning cures a lot of these problems........

I agree. If you see this kind of thing on a losing team you question their commitment. When it's a winning team, you say they have great chemistry together.

It's a great debate. Which comes first, the chemistry or the winning? I'm not sure there's really one answer for every situation.

But I think the players in Dallas are too comfortable. I don't think it has anything to do with chemistry. They're coddled and content, because the owner allows it.

I recall in '07 our boys were having fun. I remember that "Crank dat Cowboys" song. That didn't pan out well. It's more important to execute more than anything else. If we fail to execute on a consistent basis we won't be having too much fun.

It's way easier to be loose and having fun when you're on a team that's winning and playing in championship games. I know when I lose any sporting event, past or present, I'm not real eager to be having a lot of fun.

Choice is a bum, fair point. I was just alluding to what it reminded me of. I think I've seen enough video of the team from within the locker room and their demeanor on the sidelines (especially when their mic'd up) to come to this conclusion. Will Allen's comments really hit home and ever since he pointed out the uptight atmosphere here, I started noticing the differences between this team and others. You don't notice any difference from that locker room vs ours?

I think they are anything, but uptight, none of them are on the hot seat enough to be uptight....sure they look that way at the end of the season as they back their way outta the hunt. FUN doesnt come after 18 years of not competing for anything. Dallas is called the "country club", thats their fun, and it hasnt been working.

People on here tend to get all butt sore at the first hint our players might be enjoying themselves during or after a loss. Even cracking a smile after a loss is grounds for people here to call for said player to be cut.

That era with goofy videos with Tashard Choice giggling like a 12 year old did not exactly pay off in spades either.
