I knew that Hershel Walker did not lift weights, and I think Bob Lilly never did also.

But what I did not know is the Charles Haley never lifted weights too!

I found that out watching the SuperBowl runs of old.

buehler doesn't lift weights, the weights just move out of shear fear.

haley was nuts, NUTTY STRENGTH>weight training strength

incidentally I met his wife and got to see his trophy room, I touched a couple things she said I could, in the trophy room, not on her, sickos.

Of course you do, you just work with light weights, for toning...

You know, 30 or 40 reps of 12 ounces... :D

I've always found weights to be rather heavy to be moving around

I'm Ron Burgundy?....I don't see why there is a question mark on the thread title, but I digress

Herschel Walker kinda lifted, he did like a billion pushups and situps a day, he wasn't just a lazy turd.

Don't know if it's true or not, but I heard that Herschel did 1000 situps and 1000 pushups every day...

If you have a hard and strenous job (like an NFL player) you don't necessarily have to lift weights. I worked in a furniture warehouse and for a roofing yard and never lifted one wieght while there. Some people push themselves harder at work than in the weight room. I always did, and it's a big reason why I took hard jobs. It's not that big of a deal,. IMO, unless you're overly weak.
