How is it that I haven't heard anything about The Cowboys "D" from the last few weeks.

I know last nites game wasn't pretty , but good teams find a way to win and we did.

But nowhere in the media ,or anywhere else for that matter has anyone acknowledged that The Cowboys "D" has given up only 3 points in the last 9 quarters.

I think it definitely deserves a mention.
But then again as a great man once told me ;
"EMBRACE THE HATRED"

lol...not sure how you could, I mean it's not like anything else happened last night. :D

Funny thing, I was one of the posters who started a thread on it last night(during the beginning of the fourth quarter), but figured I'd take a break from the forum for awhile to avoid the drama queens. When I came back after the win, I still found people *****ing and moaning about the defense...missed tackle this, no pressure that. I couldn't believe it.

Apparently, after our fans watch Newman miss a tackle, their brains (or lack thereof) repress any memory of any other football player in recent history missing one. Newman, to them, is clearly the only player since Williams to have missed a tackle...and that fact encompasses the performance of our defense as a whole. Go figure. :rolleyes:
