I think Norv told his team something that would be a good idea for this team.
He said, his team was playing like they were trying to protect something instead of going out and taking it.
From our playcalling on down thats how we play. Like we are trying to protect something.
Go out and try and take it.
I also would like to say Norv has done a heck of a job in San Diego and i've always been a big fan of his and I think he was a good coach all along but was in the most terrible situation in sports at his 2 previous coaching jobs.
