When T-new was returning that kick for a TD, didn't it bring back memories of Deion?

Yes, I have always thought that Newman looked a lot like Deion returning punts. I wouldn't mind seeing him back there more often...the only problem is that he plays such an important role in our defense that the risk of him getting hurt may be greater than the reward. It was nice seeing Newman pull out the old 'hand behind the head' celebration that Deion always did.

Yeah he does remind of Deion a little....

I am just glad that he caught and INT yesterday.... he needs to catch more of those....

Many props to his last three games

I think you meant returning an INT for a TD but yes, there was lot of Deion-esque jestures in that return.

At first I saw someone post a thread about this after the game and someone said they were at the game watching and they didn't see anything and we had seen wrong.. I rewatched the game on TV and whoever was at the game was too drunk to comment on this situation.

Once he reached the endzone, he mimicked a little high step quickly and then put his hand behind his head, ala Deion.
