As some of you know, I'm really into the whole head to head rivalry thing. In fact I'm almost done with a program on Excel that automatically calculates all the information I have in the Head to Head thread in the History Zone. I hope to use it to forever correct my math errors.

After yesterday the all time series with the Commanders stands at 56-35-2. We are 32-12-2 in games played at home. Here's what interested me...

In the all time series Dallas has outscored the Commanders by exactly 400 points.

2172 to 1772.

Nothing earth shaking, just thought I'd share.

Don't forget that since Nov of 1997 we have beaten them ...... well my signature picture says it all.

(bye the way does anyone remember who the Commander fan with Linus in his avatar was?)

So, if my math is right we also hold the (slight) advantage for games on the road (24-23-0). Not as impressive as the home record, but still impressive.

Your math is correct. We have a winning record in their house. 6-4 at Fed Ex.

Do not forget we also had 12-0 which accounted for almost half of Dave Campos wins

That's Cowboys-Commanders for ya. Even in '89 they were good for our only win.

This is something akin to the Federer-Roddick rivalry.

It's really not a rivalry at all is it.

I think with yesterday's loss Gibbs is 15-16 against Dallas.

So whatever you want about Campo, but he owned the Commanders :laugh2:

5-1 against them, a full 1/3 of all his career wins as a Head Coach, but only 1/45th of his losses.
