Whether the 49ers or Cowboys have more talent is arguable.

But there is no question that Singletary is getting the most out of the players he has. Wade Phillips cannot say the same thing.

The catch is that alot of coaches, good and bad get alot out of their team in the first year. We have seen it time and time again.

the indicator of whether or not he would have been the right hire will come in two or three years.

If guys are still running through walls for him and they havent won a playoff game yet, he is one heck of a coach. If they havent achieved postseason success and guy's start getting sick of his dictatorship ways and revolting he will end up regressing and looking for answers.
