As she sat on me futon and twirled her hair, the lovely lady remarked in a librarian tone: "He has no arc."
"What me angel?" I inquired?
"Dak needs an arc to his mid-range passes."
"So, me library songbird, why does Dak need an arc?'
"Silly, so the linemen don't knock down the ball when Dak throws it."
"Yes, me oceanic mermaid, he needs an arc on his short-range passes," I said, not wanting her to know she, too, had football wisdom.
"I am going to the Walmart for discounted holiday cookies," she said with a wink to me, her Adonis.

Very good observation. Unless Dak grows 3 more inches in height, he does need a bit of an arc when throwing his wimpy 10-yard passes.

What do you fans think about Dak's swatted-down passes?

I think it happens to every qb in the league and there is nothing you can do about it.

Of course...Dak is the only QB in the league who gets blamed for them.

I’ll agree with her. He seems to throw the ball too hard some times. He needs more touch on his passes.

I remember when the librarian was a much older woman: Kindly, discreet, unattractive. We didn't know anything about her private life. We didn't WANT to know anything about her private life. She didn't HAVE a private life.

..its just bad luck and timing for Dak's situation. From a viewpoint probability, very likely 50/50.

Either that or don't stare at the receiver you want to throw the ball to from the get-go.

I think some of the players should have accompanied your sweety to Walmart for discounted holiday cookies instead of showing up for the game.

Batted Balls either needs to change his delivery or take a deeper drop and risk the pass rush from the DE's. He's 6'2" and Murray is 5'6" and doesn't have as many and neither did Brees and Wilson doesn't have as many.

When the D players are hitting them that well, it's being telegraphed to them for the timing. He also needs a moving pocket and get out where he can see better. That is why I like the QB to be at least 6'4" and taller like Allen, Herbert and Lawrence, 6'6", would be better.

We could be seeing the emergence of what is only whispered in the corners of libraries, "The Glitch".

While you and your ilk were leering at "Baywatch" I was learning the Dewey Decimal System and chatting up the Library Lady.

He doesn't need more of an arc. He needs the linemen to block better and give him throwing lanes.

I've always said, my only knock on Dak is his low arching fast balls. They make it to the receiver too quick, not allowing the receiver to adjust his body. So if he's off target just a little bit on his throws, the potential for a drop increases.

But he's still effective enough to win us a couple of Super Bowls, as long as all of the pieces are in place.

LOL!
