...so with that recent "Micah sucks" thread we'll soon have all our guys blamed. Even those who still work their arses off. Nice.
I don't get this.
Even the hardest Dak fan has to admit that he hasn't played good yesterday.
Even the biggest Micah fan has to admit that while still being the best player on the field he couldn't make the difference yesterday.
And even the craziest conspiracy theorist has to admit, that despite a few bad calls from the refs the loss is on the team because three quarters were completely wasted. The bad ref calls weren't that brigde too far. That has been crossed way earlier. Plus our first score was sponsored by the refs too, lol.

You can't win, when your offense plays total crap for three quarters.
You can't win when your defense doesn't make the clutch plays in that final drive to give us back the ball in a close game.
You can't win when your kicker squints every time he has to do something with the ball.
You can't win when your O line thinks there is a prize for the team with the most holding calls.
You can't win when your top running back gets you 3 yards on third and 4s.
And you can't win when your coaches waste timeouts on everything and anything but when they're useful.
This loss was a combined effort by this whole group of guys involved. Like most of the time when they have to face a worthy opponent (read: play off contender).
Maybe we'll just have to face it, that until they show us otherwise, this Cowboys team just isn't as good as we hoped. And this includes all the main protagonists, Dak, Zeke, Micah, Randy, Kellen, Mike and Jerry etc...
But: This season is over when it's over. Meaning, until they lose a play off game they can still go all the way. Does it look like it at the moment? Not likely. But is it still possible they'll get their act together? Sure, why not? So let's focus on the next game, and the game after that and so on.
