Sopcast Test Stream (feedback please)

Works fine.

Is that the embedded player or the Sopcast channel link your viewing?

okay SG the first link never worked, opened new tab then showed a screen that said 2008 draft, no audio no video.

BUT.......the second link opened up sopcast, took me to the channel and now i am watching the game with audio........the number on the screen fluctuates between 94 and 98....so it seems i am getting a good feed.

picture is good too

Dayum. I was really liking that embeded player, but I think too many people will have trouble with active-x. So I don't think I'll be using this new approach.

Do you have Sopcast installed on your PC? If so, click on this..... sop://broker.sopcast.com:3912/58015

I got nothing on the embedded player.

And as of 3 o clock central time the Buffer started going bad on the sop player.

For those of you who are not familiar with what poke is talking about, I'll try to explain.

Sopcast is based on P2P technology, so just like torrent downloads, sopcast functions better and faster when more people are viewing the feed. Each person watching the game is contributing bandwidth by acting as a seed.
