For all the diggs people are taking at Charlie Weis, you just have to wonder what washington was thinking to hire Willingham. The guy was average at best in Stanford, failed at ND, and then they hire him 3 years ago. Cannot say they have improved much.

Hey after the Illinois game I was despondent and now I'm going to be playing for the National Championship...WOW!

Ohio St played their schedule...had one bad game and then did what they had to do...Beat Michigan and let the rest happen...and it did.

No apologies from me...Ohio St deserves to be in the National Championship Game as much as anyone.

Does anyone else find it extremely shocking that Bradford is this good?

There's no doubt that OU would be playing for (and IMO probably winning) the whole thing if not for that concussion at Tech. His backup was awful.

But he is really good. He'll stare down a receiver like a young player will, but he's so accurate it usually doesn't matter. Even Stoops was pointing out that for all the love Daniels gets, Bradfords numbers are almost identical, and in some cases better.

I can't remember last time where there was no dominant college football team. There is no clear cut #1 and #2 and there are about 10 teams who probably have a good argument to play for BCS Championship.

WVU out of the big game.

Hos, very disappointing to have our offense play their worst game in like 5 yrs in the one game that we needed to win.

Our defense played well enough to win but our O-line got whupped all night long.

The play calling got a little frustrating as well. We didn't seem to deviate from one game plan. If something isn't working you have to try something else.

When teams are stopping our speed guys, I always want to put Owen Schmitt at tailback with a fullback in front of him and play smash mouth, but we don't.

Anyway, if you can't beat a 4-7 team at home, who is your rival, with a National Championship game on the line, then you don't deserve to go. It's that simple.
