I have been digesting the board taking it all in seeing the coaching canidates names bantied about and what not. I say to myself do you see that some of these guys are 4-3 guys? Do you say hey wow 4-3 teams in the S.B.? SO I ask you as the peeps who chime in with h.s.o's Do you go back to the 4-3 do you stick with a 3-4? I believe the Cowboys have the personel to do both so whats your order today? I see a lot of depth at DE I see some current DE that would make some great inside players and depth at the LB'S too! SO what say you folks.

I do not say "wow, 4-3 teams in the Superbowl" anymore than I say "wow, let's get us a terrible QB (ahem, Grossman) so we can return to the Big Game.."

I posted yesterday on the 3-4: this team has talented linebackers in much greater numbers than talented 4-3 DEs or tackles...AND our 3-4 did very well up to Ellis' unfortunate injury.
