Cowboys&LakersFan;4567910 said:Neither deserved. That clown Dwight handicapped this franchise. Otis wanted to trade him to the Lakers for Drew, but Howard didn't wanna play in L.A. SVG has done a fine job there. Howard simply wanted him fired because he doesn't like it when coaches get on him for making mistakes.

Management/ownership didn't want Otis to trade Dwight. Otis Smith spoke with Dwight and decided to proceed forward to trading him, with NJ/BKLN, Chicago, and LAL being the three major destinations.
Management and the Coach/GM were not on the same sheet of music. Dwight now is the biggest loser in all of this.

Speaking of Brooklyn, I'm digging their new logo big time. Has a noir film feel to it.

But then again I don't see it in Brooklyn either. But if they're able to keep Lopez AND add Dwight, that's a formidable front court. Deron Williams might almost assuredly extend there, then, and they'd only need to add a swingman shooter and a defensive guy on the perimeter. They'd be an instant eastern conference favorite to challenge against Chicago and Miami, and honestly I just don't see it happening for Chicago.
We all know the Knicks are a sad joke, and that's about it. Boston can't keep up this "experience" thing for too long. Hell, they were going to try and blow that thing up this year.

He's got a better chance of landing in Washington.
MC KAos;4568591 said:the clippers would be a better fit, id question if he would clash with blake, but i think CP3 would respect him and so the rest of the team, including blake, would follow suit

Goran Dragic and Brook Lopez to Dallas?
casmith07;4568644 said:I think there are a lot of misconceptions out there about Blake Griffin.
Washington would be a good fit for him. I'm hoping the Wizards retain the interim guy, though. He had them playing team basketball and he didn't take BS. Love that he benched Blatche for the remainder of the season.
Still in complete disbelief the Wizards extended Grunfield, though. I bet now with Otis Smith leaving Orlando they're wishing they didn't extend Grunfield.

casmith07;4568655 said:The Howard rumor has legs. The Phil Jackson rumor would be madness if true.
Dragic and Lopez to Dallas would make Dallas one of the Top 3 teams in the West behind San Antonio and OKC.
