last night the Space Station crew had to go inside an escape hatch due to space junk that was less than 1" in size. About the same size as a bullet. The eery thing about it is that Nasa Spotted the space junk last night and alerted the crew and it eventually passed about three miles from the Space Station.

My first response was if NASA can spot a piece of space junk in the dark that is 20 miles up in Space, that is less than 1 inch long, what else can those guys see?

Supposedly there's a lot of junk flying around, especially after China wanted to show everyone how bad they were by hitting one of their satellites with a missile. Too bad they did it the wrong way and it scattered pieces everywhere.
