Rumors have him being fired.....if not garrett i wouldnt mind........discuss

Actually, not a bad idea. I have always felt, before he was hired to Miami HC, Sparano would be a good HC. He talked like one. He just got crappy QB deal at Miami.

I could have told Sparano, to never rely on Chad Henne :D He is a freaking Coach killer. Great one game and then will be absolutely terrible next one, he broke my heart one too many times at Michigan ;)

But if he is fired and if Garrett becomes HC, I hope Sparano can be brought back as OC/OL guy. And I would be happy if Mike Nolan is here at DC.

I could live with it. I want Sparano back here in some capacity. I would hope he's a guy Garrett would call to be on his staff, if Garrett retains the job actually. And if not Garrett, I'd like to see Sparano be this team's HC. He's a victim of his own success in Miami. The Dolphins did too much, too soon and the expectations got too high. It's like nobody remembers they don't have a quarterback and they took advantage of a down year in the AFC East to turn it around like they did in 2008.

If you're going to bring a guy in that just failed at HC in Miami, you might as well give Garrett a shot. I would be pleased if Sparano was brought back to Dallas to be on Garrett's staff though.

I think he'd be a good OC

Or as Hos mentioned, OL/Asst HC

OL coach and Houck retires.

Would be a dream come true, but why would he go back to coaching the o-line? I'd imagine he would want to be a coordinator.

In the immortal words of Mick Jagger. You can't always get what you want. He likes Garrett BTW.

no QB in Miami

I'd have him as OC/Assistant if Garrett's here. Definitely not as Head Coach though.

what about the defense?
That is whats killing us the most that pathetic side of the ball we call defense.

Well, it's their fault they drafted Henne vs drafting Ryan and who else? Sanchez?

Wouldn't mind Mike Nolan as DC if Sprano is canned.
