Other than Bailey this area of the team has to improve. Harris has provided little this year. The ST team could hurt the in close games in December regarding field position.

Special teams can win or lose you games. Same as always. You rarely see a Super Bowl winner with poor Special Teams play.

It doesn't seem like Harris is doing much as a returner but somebody posted his stats they were better than I expected.

The blocked kicks/punts have to stop.

I love D Harris however he looks gimpy as of late. Lord knows he's taken a beating with all he's doing. If he's still holding back by the end of the year and we are playoff bound, I put Dez back in punt return formation. He's already had a few run backs and let him earn his contract. Just sayin.

Dez is far too valuable to be doing returns. I'd rather Twill do it. Isn't he faster anyway?

Yes punts are easier on the body than kickoffs however we need to pull it all out when/if the playoffs come into play. No plays left behind sort of thing.

Hopefully, they found the light over the break and will advance up to mediocre for the rest of the way

It doesnt matter who you put back there, the second coming of Devin Hester could stand back there and wouldnt get past the 20 with the blocking the ST unit has provided.

I would continue to use Harris but in a big game that could determine the outcome of the season I would never be afraid to use Dez. Williams may be faster but there is a lot more to returns than speed. Dunbar and Scandrick are 2 of the fastest guys on the team according to teammates when asked who is the fastest players on the team yet neither guy are return guys.

harris is in the top 10 in both KR and PR returns and he is the only guy who is. he is far from the problem with our special teams. he is not having the year he did last year but he is still pretty dang good back there. the biggest issues on special teams has been the blocking on fg's and punts. and it would stand to reason that if we are struggling to block for our punters and kickers then that might very well be the biggest issue keeeping us from being closer to the top in returns

I was surprised to see Antonio Brown still handling return duties. Punts are a good way to get crushed. I don't want Dez back there unless we need it. Kind of like how we used to use Deion.
