I think Pat Watkins had an unsportsman like conduct or illegal procedure call on him during a punt. He was running out of bounds and didn't try to get back in right away. I could be wrong though.

yep. forgot about ole' Pat and another bone head play on his part. Get this scrub off the team. 3 years playing ST and he's still making rookie mistakes.

10-7 Tennessee when it was 1st team vs 1st team. Our TD at the end of the 1st half, they had have 1st & half 2nd team Defense in the game vs our entire 1st string offense.

We played well on offfense and defense, but ST were terrible.

terrible? they werent great but they were far from terrible. Folk hit the upright on a 49 yd fg...we had a great kick return wiped out by a phantom holding call...worst play was missing that tackle on the KO return they got 50 or so yds on...

The ST was horrible outside of McBriar and Buehler.

plus the 15 yards on the Sensabaugh bone head hit out of bounds. He was 3 yards out of bounds when he pushed the guy.

All these ST mistakes were by our 1st team ST. All in the 1st half. I think 4 mistakes by a single unit in one half of play is terrible.

I'll worry about the ST when I see them in games that count, with the guys that will be out there regularly. Not when there are guys that are out there who wont be here in two weeks.

Buehler is a huge addition to the kickoff unit...other than one bad kickoff return allowed tonight and a phantom holding call that wiped out a nice return of ours, people are complaining about nothing.

We're talking about special teams not starters on offense and defense. I don't see how the score justifies the mistakes mentioned in the OP. Mistakes that were also made last week.

The coverage units havent looked anywhere near as bad as they were last yr so far.
