Special Teams...still a problem

Yes, Wade and Stewart did a better job this week with the defense, but our special (ed) teams are still a major liability. Granted, Carp recovered a fumble, but still, week after week, poor tackling on returns. It took our new punter to step up.

They've brought in additional coaches to help, but it's time to bring in another ST coach. Bruce Read has to go...

They gave up a couple of good punt returns, but they played solid. Folk kicked off better and made his kicks. The new punter came through, and I thought they roughed him. It should have been 15 yards and a first down.

They didn't give up a touchdown, and that was key. Plus, they got that fumble, but the offense couldn't cash it in. I thought the call on Watkins was bad on the 15 yarder.
