Spitgate

Jalen Carter should have been with the rest of his teammates.....on his side of the ball and in his own huddle. Case closed. Guilty.

The Dak Prescott Rule: No spitting in the direction of an opposing player.

Carter needs to grow up. I can't imagine what Fangio and Sirianni are going to say to him in private. They are going to tear him apart.

Carter didn't really get his money's worth. If you're going to do that you need to make a better effort.

This is all we will hear about. Dak went first then Jaylen Carter retaliated.
I am hearing absolutely none of it.

Stay on your side of the field and shut the hell up.

If the NFL wants to fix this problem, it is simple. Stay in your own huddle.

Carter is lucky Beebe did not pop him in the mouth.

So Dak spits, Jaylen spits....on him! Totally on called for. Media looking for a story. Dak can't do anything right. Lol

A depraved act by a disturbed human being. The Eagles organization and the NFL should be embarrassed by Carter's actions. The braindead trolls out there justifying that despicable behavior should be put to sleep.

lol I love the smiling by Dak here

That will go down as one of my favorite Dak plays of all time.
Smart.
Disciplined.
Effective.
And demoralizing to the Eagles.
Totally punked him.

I swear people check their brains for their fandom.

Dak most definitely spat in Carter’s direction between his linemen while he (Carter) was looking straight at him. That was intended to be purposeful and aggressive. There’s a reason why the second after he spit he looked up at Carter like “yeaaah bro…that just happened!!!”

There’s not a person in here that’d be okay with someone doing that to them.

That said, the distance between the two provided enough plausible deniability for Dak to do the “why would I need to spit on you?” routine. It did not warrant ejection.

What Carter did was obviously disrespectful/heinous and deserved ejection without question.

Dak got spit on, and the team lost.
True, but getting beat up is not the same as getting punked. A person can start a fight with you, spit on you and you can still not go out like a sucker. At least the team stepped to the champs in their own house. That was not a given.

yeah, but all provocations do not warrant physical confrontation. By that same logic, Carter approached the Cowboys huddle...and no lineman or football player is good with that during the game. So...does that mean Dak was "provoked" into spitting? It's circular logic.
