Thoughts on that is that it wont happen. Hes a top 5 Corner and in some eyes here (including mine) the most likely to become a star out of this years corner class. He probably wont even make it to our 1st round pick.

This year's draft class is so good and deep that after about 10 players there won't be a consensus on who the top prospects are. I'd be surprised if some of those names fell that far (Jones, Barnett), but it shouldn't shock any of us.

I never watched Missouri play where I thought Charles Harris was anything close to the best player on the field. There's nothing special about him. In that mock I think there are at least a dozen players better than him selected afterwards. Hope our FO has a different opinion of him than many on this board do.

He's better than Derek Barnett IMO . We'll see in 2-3 years from now.

Not even close to accurate @Pessimist_cowboy. Show me any statistic that Harris outshines Barnett. And at the same height and 40 pounds lighter I'm not sure he's not an outside lb in a 3-4 vs Barnett being one of the best pass rushers in the draft and a perfect rde in a 4-3

I saw a lot of talk about him running in the 4.65 range. That's going to scare some teams if that is true.

Yeah I think flipping the two would be "more" realistic with how they're trending; but I doubt Harris lasts passed the first 10 picks of RD 2 if he doesn't still end up in the first himself

all 4 teams who pick after us have pass rusher as a need. I don't think Harris would make it past Atlanta if we was to pass on him.

Agreed totally, just think at this point there's a better chance of that than Jones in 2 as he's been racing up the boards I've been seeing.

I'm starting to doubt that even using romo to trade up and swap 1st round picks with Denver to get to 20, we still may not have a shot at Jones. If he puts up the numbers he at least expected to at the combine, He may be the 2nd corner off the board. He looks like another Marcus Peters without the off field issues. Peters was a top 10 talent in his draft.
