Good to see that journalists these days have resorted to writing about somebody who died 12 years ago and trying to dig up secrets about their lives.
Y'know, I could see if Payton had a ponzi scheme that was never really uncovered, but by all accounts he was a normal, good guy. Oh yeah, he's been dead for 12 years...so he can't really defend himself.
