Michigan has introduced legislation to end this practice...

Who has already set their clocks up? Ha I've got like four in the kitchen.

Don't forget to set your clocks ahead. I am one who thinks this silly practice needs to end...
It needs to end but it should remain in daylight savings time. I'd rather have it lighter later. On EST, it gets dark at 4:30 pm.

DST was put into effect to give farmers more daylight time to work the feilds.

Which I don't understand. Why didn't they just adjust their own work hours?
Never made sense to me either, it's the same number of daylight hors regardless of the time.

I also heard it was for the school kids in the fall so it will be lighter earlier when they're hanging at the bus stop break dancing, doing selfies and trading drugs.

Idk bout all that, but it being light longer after school was a reason, so they could work the fields.ha
I'll never buy the energy savings stuff
