Letting you guys in on a little secret... I don't really understand the whole jersey wearing thing anyway. I mean I own two.. an Emmitt 22 and a Drew Pearson 88. But they are pretty much real jerseys and they fit like crap unless one is wearing pads. Since I have not put pads on in over 40 years I can't for the life of me think of a good reason to buy another one. I have never been memorabilia guy so I don't buy them to hang in my man cave or anything like that. I do buy t-shirts because those actually DO fit and look good on a fella. But to each his/her own.

Living in enemy territory, wearing a jersey shows you have pride in your fandom, and you're letting it show.

I wonder if sales of Cowboys jerseys are down overall? Maybe enough fans are frustrated enough to boycott Cowboys merchandise. Still surprised not to see Dak or Micah in the top ten.

It's probably about timing. A lot of the people who are going to buy jerseys probably bought Micah's right at the start, like me. People have had plenty of time to buy Dak's in prior years.
Of course, if they win a SB, sales will go through the roof.

They buy it for the same reason other fans buy the jerseys of very good starting quarterbacks that play for their favorite teams, whose ranked in the top 10 of out of 32 starting quarterbacks in the NFL.
