Reserve defensive tackle Ben Bass dislocated a shoulder in practice. He will miss Sunday's game and could be out two-to-four weeks.

Landon Cohen, who joined the Cowboys after the start of training camp, is the only backup tackle left on the roster. Jason Hatcher and Nick Hayden will start Sunday. Hayden is starting in place of Jay Ratliff, who is out at least six weeks while rehabbing a groin injury.

To put it in perspective, Cohen and Hayden will play big-time roles on Sunday after not even being in the league a year ago -- let alone being members of the Cowboys.

The Cowboys also will likely be without starting defensive end Anthony Spencer, who underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee July 25 but has yet to return to practice. Spencer said had a "minor setback" over the weekend when he had swelling in the knee.

George Selvie, who joined the team July 25, would start at left end in place of Spencer. The Cowboys traded for two other defensive ends this week, getting Edgar Jones and Caesar Rayford for depth purposes.
