Much like a one-hit wonder rock song, training camp often produces similar performances from players that never quite measure up during the regular season.

That said, I can't help but be excited by the early reports on RG's return to football. It is hard to dismiss that, despite missing two years of organized football, he doesn't appear to have missed a beat.

A few training camp practices don't make a season, though. As the season unfolds, I am hoping that RG with evolve into the player he was forecast to be.
