The Cowboys have 26 takeaways and are tied for third in turnover ratio at plus-11. But they have only five over the past five games and are only plus-one in that span when they have gone 2-3.

"That goes back to being the aggressors on defense and knowing the details -- the details that put you in position to make those plays and get those opportunities where we are getting the ball back to our offense," Cowboys cornerback Brandon Carr said. "We kind of got away from some of the things we have done in practice."

The Cowboys have only one takeaway during their two-game losing streak, minus-1 in turnover ratio in those two games with Tony Romo's two interceptions. Cowboys cornerback Sterling Moore intercepted Matt Flynn in the second quarter Sunday, leading to a field goal on a negative-11-yard drive.

"You just have to keep doing it," Cowboys defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin said. "Like I say sometimes, turnovers are like sacks. They come in bunches. Hopefully they’ll work the other way the next week."
