Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant was given Saturday off to rest a minor quad/hip issue, vice-president Stehen Jones said.
The Cowboys are uncertain if Bryant will participate in Sunday's scrimmage but Jones said the injury is not considered serious and more of a wear-and-tear thing.
Jones said Cowboys believe rest is the best answer right now and it's thought to be so minor that there are no plans for a magnetic resonance imaging exam.
The decision to rest Bryant was termed as camp fatigue rather than injury by coach Jason Garrett.
