But unless you traded from 27 all the way the down to the late 2nd round, you could never get that trade. Can't imagine Harold that late in the 2nd.

I am drafting 1 Horns player, one who I have extensive knowledge about his abilities, since I have watched him since HS. The other players are undrafted FAs, depth for the offseason. If they don't pan out then they are cut.

This is prior to any big FA signings. If we sign Hardy, I will change my picks, since we won't need 2 DEs.

Still, with Randle, Williams, Dunbar, McFadden, and Brown, I feel ok with a combination of three of those backs going into the season.

We fix the DL, add a great piece to the OL, add depth at LB and DB, and we get a late round steal at WR.

3 rookie DE's in the 1st 4 rounds is overkill regardless of what our roster currently looks like....Change Smith to a RB and I'd like this much better. Brown is not even close to enough of an insurance policy at RB for me.

And Rowe would be a nice pick for us, but 4th round went out the window I think. 6'1 205 and 4.45 40 is going to get him picked way before that.

People will scoff, but I think some of the young guys on the team have as much potential as Cooper. Whaley and Bishop at the top of the list followed by Coleman.

I'm in favor of BPA but would lean towards a CB early. They need leverage to get Carr to take a pay cut from 8M to 4M in 2015 and zero M in 2016.

I took Brown because I wanted to focus on D and OL with our earlier picks. I was ignoring FA. Now, if we sign Hardy and even McClain, then I will definitely change my mock. I too feel good about Whaley, and even Gardner.

I do not feel good about our secondary at all. I would love to be able to get CB Johnson from Virginia, CB/S Rowe from Utah, CB Cox from Miss. St., and S Dargas from Oregon. However, that is a lot of picks for just one area, but IMO, it is the weakest area of our team.

That makes a lot of sense......but I am hoping to find that team that smells of desperation and gives us what we want......like Minne did in the Herschel trade
