Havent heard any news, but i dont think they have started building yet

Not started. Land acquisition hearings/complaints are underway in Arlington.

We're in the obligatory "My people have rented this clapboard shack since 1988 and I love my neighbors, please pay me more than 25,000 to move stage."

Meanwhile the NFL is slated to decide on the 2010 Superbowl site this week and we're
not in the running.
