I went to the sales office this weekend just to hear what they had to say about the " club seats", pricing, payment options......
you already know the cheapest psl's in the club section are $16,000.00
all the seats are $ 340.00. the only difference (money wise) between 50 yard line and goal line seats is the price of the psl. Your seat location within the club section also determines which club you can go to. The higher price psl locations have access to the best club, which has views of the field, the lower price psl's have access to a nice club with no view of the field but plenty of TV's to keep up with the game. there will be identical clubs on both sides of the field, you are only allowed into the one your seat assigns you to.
the salesperson told me that every seat will have psl's, that doesn't sound right but i swear i remember him telling me that.
He said he didn't know what the psl's for the corner end zone (where i had season tickets) would be but he thought they would be between $ 5,000.00 and $ 12,000.00 with the ticket prices maybe being $ 200.00.
He also said that they set the psl's at a high price to discourage the secondary market ( ticket brokers ) from buying up the good seats. He said they noticed that tickets sold for between $ 220.00 to $ 600.00 in that secondary market and asked how I would like it if a person sold a brand I had built up for more money than I was selling it for. I admit I hadn't thought of it that way, but I still hate the high prices.
There will be suites at ground level, then 3 tiers of seats, then more suites,
then the upper level, which he said those seats would be on top of the roof
at Texas Stadium so they will be pretty far up there.
He showed me what tickets supposedly sell for at stadiums that don't have
psl's on their club seating. The only one i really remember was the patriots,
and he said they cost $ 800.00 there. I have no way of knowing if that is true or not. He emphasized over and over that the club seats are an exclusive area, they have their own entrances, everyone else will enter through the end zones, and that the club seats have benefits....like the aforementioned clubs, and the only people who can buy the parking that will be closest to the stadium. ( 11,000 parking places).
sorry this is so long, and sorry i may not have remembered everything I heard....also sorry if I misremembered anything ( i couldn't resist).
The Cowboys will finance your psl's with different payment options, 3 installments with no interest, or pay for 30 years with the interest rate around 8% for the $ 16,000.00 seats, less for the more expensive but i cant remember exactly how much.
I didn't buy any and I don't know if I will even buy season tickets in the non-club areas but it was informative and enjoyable. They show you a short history and highlight film of the Boys, got to see a model of the stadium.
Anyway, hope this is useful to anyone considering it, I will be away from the internet for about a week ( going on a cruise) so I won't be around to answer any questions
If anyone else who has been to the presentation has better, or more information feel free to post it. If I am wrong about something it won't be the first time.
