We are poor little lambs,
Who have lost our way,
Baa baa baa.

Or kick Folk and Gramatica Out and make Stanback do the kicking too, and youve got a Wr a Cb and a kicker with only one roster spot ;)

hes a physical specimen and maybe could make an impact at cb...

he's got to be GM, OL, LB and Kicker/Punter combo first.

then we'll try him out at CB

GEEZBUS PEOPLE CHILL OUT.

one of the best players in the NFL is hurt. yes, cause for concern. but let's not think for a minute a converted qb to wr to cb is even funny at the coffee dispenser at work much less someone really considering it.

We all know (or should know) that you can't just "convert" a player to CB. Along with quarterback it is the most technically difficult positions to play in football. It would take him 2 years to learn the fundamentals before we could really see whether or not he could play the position.

Let's take our finger off the panic button and just see how this plays out. I happen to feel like our CB's will look much better this year due to our improved pass rush.

Great show.
I'm not even going to post my response to this question.
We all know why he can't play WR or CB, right Hos ;)

Why stop at CB? He can play QB, Wr, and CB. Why not try him at FS? Or LT? Or LG? Or K? or RB, surely he won't run like a robot and go down on first contact.

Heck he's a one man team.

Absolutely. He only runs a 4.58 forty.

Ok what am I missing? What's the 4.58 about and who said it?

Probably the same person that said we should have drafted a starting cb in the 4th instead.

Are we talking about the same person that think Yao Ming would be an ideal person to line up against an opposing team's "Big" WR?

eduncan22 maintains Stanback is slow because a scouting service site shows hsi 40 time as 4.58. Mention he was a track star and it doesn't matter. Apparently he was timed with a sundial.

I think he should be QB/P like Danny White.

Most of the time I criticize the post-heavy in this forum and their "slap them down" elitist attitude. But, on this one I am inclined to say that Stanbach as corner is a bit of a stretch. I like your way of thinking, though...
