Game was lost end of first half, not Dez play.
'They' know what you are watching. The providers may not admit or advertise it but but they have all the data on your viewing habits and sell it to the advertisers in my opinion. So, yeah, it does have influence on the ratings.
I will not be watching because I think the league screwed the Cowboys last week. Just like the league screwed the Seahawks against the Stealers in the super bowl. Sometimes the fix is in.
Cowboys fans, stand united, let our voice be heard, dont watch the NFC championship game, let the tv ratings go down, so New York and NFL can see it for call on Dez by dean blandino, and John Mara who admitted that he should have change the calvin johnson rule 2 years ago
Going to watch, but going to a BWWings so I'm lumped in...........so in a way I'm in...
****
I would think anyone on Dish, Direct or cable gives the media means and methods to build ratings. The only way not is the old roof top antenna, not too many left with digital advent tech.
Not OTA reception.
you're right, if you don't have a neilsen contract they don't know who is watching
talk of a boycott is just silly and would not be effective
If you think that the cable company, Directv, or DishNetwork don't know exactly what you are watching, you are absolutely kidding yourself.
I will not be watching. Not to protest, but for the first time in my life, just truly disinterested in NFL football. The way we lost under the circumstances of the type of season we had has left me tainted for the rest of this season. Today I'm out enjoying the day with my two sons and couldn't care less who wins today or in the next two weeks.
I'm not only a Cowboys fan but an NFL fan I would never protest a call by not watching the NFC title game that's silly. All you're doing is punishing yourself. The ratings for the game aren't going to be affected by a few Cowboy fans not watching in protest.
that's not how ratings work
