What are your opinions on these seats? I can understand the business aspect of them to generate revenue, but really? How many people would pay to stand at a game?

I live in wisconsin and every opening day for the milwaukee brewers sells out plus an additional i dont know like 2,500 standing room only tickets. If the brewers can do it i think the cowboys con do it a little better

After taking the tour I gotta say that I will not be buying those tickets. I will just pay the $89 to have a seat and actually see the game.

I cant imagine paying to stand at a football game. These games are long with timeouts, tv breaks, and i couldn't imagine if they tie

Im going to the philly game this year and i would love to buy those tickets if they were available the price is right if you dont have alot of money to spend and you get to see a game live i personally think its awesome. I also like that it will bring in a more "rowdy" crowd hopefully the more noise the better

where are the standing decks located? any view of the field from the front of the decks or only the "jumbotron"?

as for standing...not sure what the big deal is, i stand most of the games i have regular seats to anyway except for timeouts and breaks in action. concerts, same way. that's how it's always been for football and music events i went to....

I know plenty of fans who get so into the game they stand or walk around the whole time anyways. I don't think that many fans mind not sitting to see their beloved cowboys play. Besides standing for 3 hours is NOT tough. I work retail and stand 10+ hrs a day regularly 4 or more times a week

Really? You can't stand for four hours straight?

Its not *that* long. Unless you have a physical disability, it shouldn't be much of an inconvenience. In most college games, the student sections stand the entire game.

to be totally honest i have mixed emotions about the party passes.

i am a season ticket holder, paid for my psl, got 3 seats lower level.
i was looking forward to this big open stadium and having lots of room to roam.
with the party pass being sold i now envision large crowds in the concourse areas every time i go to get a drink or go to the bathroom.
so from that viewpoint i am not too thrilled.
the Cowboy Fan in me says it ought to really liven things up and may create an environment where our home field advantage is huge.
the Practical Fan in me thinks that it will be great for those games where we want to have friends or family go with us, tailgate, then buy these 29$ passes and everybody go in and enjoy the game, maybe switching out sitting in the seats so nobody has to stand the whole time if they dont want to.

with that said, Jerry has hit on a great idea and i expect him to use it for all its worth and rightfully so.
and the more i have thought about it the more i am okay with it. i think i was being a bit selfish. i get the seats i paid for, that is what i am entitled to and it really should create a totally different atmosphere.

If by lower level you mean in the club areas, they can't get into those sections, so it wont make a difference.

If I lived in Dallas the standing room tickets would be great.

I live in Virginia though and that is a long way to come to maybe get a rail and maybe keep it for the whole game.

If I could that would be great, I would not mind standing at all.

I'm sure at minimum, the younger crowd would have no problem standing. Maybe the tickets can be geared more towards the younger people who are used to doing this in the student sections in college. We never sit down during our games, it's all standing and jumping and making noise.

There have been a ton of pictures, and even videos posted on here.

If you do a search i'm sure you can find the threads.

All the party decks are in the endzone from what I've seen.
