I'd love to see us draft this guy in the latter rounds.

He's not a true lead blocker at FB...he's more of a hybrid. He'd be the perfect 3rd down, passing situation back...he's a terrific receiver, shifty runner, and solid blocker in pass protection. In passing situations, he brings you the blocking of the FB, but the draw, screen running and out of the backfield pass receiving of a talented RB.

Wouldn't surprise me one bit to see him drafted by NE as the heir apparent to kevin faulk.

I'm shocked that his name has not come up more often in all the draft coverage...not just here but everywhere..

you could argue he was one of the best, if not the best, offensive player for USC the last couple years b/c of his versatility and what he brought to them.

i'd love to get him as the 3rd back on this team b/c he was really more of a tailback than a true FB.

plus he's a good leader, and just a hard working football player

I would like him or the fb from Stanford marecic.

Later i like the fb from Unc Ryan Taylor and notredame fb Hughes

Probably one of the best receiving RBs in the draft. Not sure what kind of a blocker he would be though.

I was just thinking the same thing. If we are seriously considering Stevan Ridley as a potential H-back, I'd love to give Havili a shot. He's the same size as Ridley BTW and a tremendous receiver.

Check him out nearly decapitating this Stanford defender...
