Star Magazine Login???

I subscribe to the "Star Magazine" (formerly the weekly) and can't figure out how to login to the website. I looked in the magazine and it says the username is the second string of numbers on the mailing label, but how do I get the password?

There is no "password recovery" and the only thing they offer in the way of assistance is to say to call the office during business hours. Does anyone know if the "password" is part of the label too or something? I've tried some different things and none have worked....
