heres what I found on Dixon

The Scouting Report
A three-star running back recruit out of high school, Dixon arrived at Louisiana Tech and made an immediate impact with a freshman NCAA record 27 touchdowns, earning Freshman All-American honors. He fell just shy of 1,000-yards rushing as a sophomore before recording 1,299 rushing yards as a junior, becoming the school's all-time leading rusher before his senior season. Dixon currently leads the team with 583 rushing yards, averaging 116.6 yards per game in 2015.

Dixon is a balanced athlete with controlled quickness, quickly getting his shoulders square to the line of scrimmage to get every yard possible. He isn't explosive, but plays decisive with a great feel for working between the tackles, using patience and toughness as an inside runner. Dixon stays fresh throughout the course of a game, remaining energetic in the fourth quarter, and makes an impact as a receiving option (69 career catches).

Dixon is quick-footed at the line of scrimmage, but can get jump-cut happy, making more moves than necessary. He doesn't offer much burst and lacks true elusive qualities, not showing much suddenness in his running diet. Dixon needs to keep his wits on the field, allowing his emotions to get the best of him at times, something that was evident last week when he was ejected following two unsportsmanlike conduct penalties.

Dixon is currently ranked as the No. 4 senior running back prospect and mid-round draft pick for the 2016 NFL Draft by NFLDraftScout.com.

Any talk of safety begins and ends with Jalen Ramsey. I know he's not playing safety this season but he can play anywhere in the secondary and will be the top DB prospect. He's the stud we need

I don't have a mock but some of the players I am interested in are...

OT German Ifedi - TAMU
FS Darian Thompson - Boise St.
WR Braxton Miller - tOSU (I love his versatility and athleticism)
RB Kenneth Dixon - LaTech
QB Carson Wentz - NDSU
SS Kevin Byard - Middle Tennessee St.

Booker is my favorite RB to watch. I don't think we will be high enough to worry about Zeke and I'm far from sold on Henry.

I think he could go top 5 easily. The only way we have a shot at him is if the rest of the season goes down the drain with Weeden and they don't risk bringing Romo back. Even if we're in the 7-9/8-8 range I doubt he's within reach. He's my favorite player in the draft.

Miller would be worth a flier later in the draft but I wouldn't waste any higher than a 4th or 5th on him.

He is a great athlete and he can get away with that in college. But in the NFL, you have to be a polished WR to succeed and he's far from a polished WR.
