then pretty much clean out the entire coaching staff except for Joe. The special teams is the only unit that really has gotten better this year. We need to bring in young mean coaches. Fire eaters that kick butt on a daily basis and get REALLY NASTY if they even THINK you are getting complacent.

Most of all Jerruh needs to stand back and make it clear the coach is the court of last resort- no appeals allowed.

Wade probably needs replaced.

But nothing will change unless there is roster overhaul.

first give the new coach one year to evaluate everyone before you blow up the roster. Who knows-he might actually get more out of them.

I say get rid of Bradie James and start Carpenter... they both suck, but at least Carpenter can cover and not get burned up the middle all day everyday...

Parcells couldn't get more out of these players.
Wade couldn't.

Time to call a spade a spade burm.

The roster needs major tweaking. Not sure who all needs to go; but its clear that a lot of the roster is overtalking, overhyped, garbage.

Unless we are sure the cap is gone and not coming back cutting the expensive ones we would like to get rid of would be a serious problem.

And I know someone is going to try and blame BP for this but a fair number of the players who are now underperforming are not his. Hamlin, Davis, Roy Williams (though he seems to be getting better so maybe that is not fair). Ratlif and Ware were his picks and they are fine. I am more disapointed in Newman then just about everyone else. James seemed to be something but is regressing; Brooking is solid but we need more. Spencer just is not getting the job done as regards rushing the passer. Jenkins is really good but scandrick is falling.

I don't think the Parcells that was in Dallas was even a shadow of the coach that he once was.I think Wade is a waste of space, and have had thought since the KC game.

I also think this team needs an infusion of energy, not another 60 year old retread for head coach.

That would be nice.

Let's hope Garrett is up to the job.

I don't know about you guys but I have just about zero confidence that Jerry will hire the right coach or draft the right players this offseason. Bless his heart, Jerry tries but he's the worst GM in football.

Oh yea I am sure this will happen next year. I don't think he has gone through the 500 coaches that could have won with Jimmy's team.

whenever I think of Wade Phillips, the song "Nice Guys Finish Last" by Green Day pops into my cranium

I think the talent on O is fine

funny how we've devoted less to finding O players, yet the collection of talent on D (where most of the resources have gone) is what is overrated

This...

Get rid of the loser environment.

Thank God we have Jerry here to make solid decions like who our head coach should be, oh wait.......................................

I think Romo's mobility has made them look better than they really are.
They are in my opinion the weakest part of the team followed closely by the defensive secondary.
