Starting to look to me like Jerry is about two things in 09

1) Selling tickets: It is a tough economy and he has alot debt to service now with the new stadium on line. I heard the projections about making 750 million on PSLs but there is still considerable debt involved. He figures he will sell more tickets, merchandise, and luxury boxes with TO on the team and all the drama that follows.

2) Saving money where possible, again look at the economy. He'd have to eat some portion of TO, Wade, Carrot Top salaries in a justafiable house cleaning, not to mention the cost of a big name coach Shanahan or Holmgren. I think as a good business man and as a medicre GM, in a league where going worst to first happens often enough with a tweak here and there, this is his mind set for the moment.

He won't be getting any of my $$$$$ this season. If I want to spend my $$$$ on a circus, I'll wait til Ringling Bros. come to town.

He also could be figuring that it doesn't matter a hill of beans what the media says and there is absolutely no reason to cut TO.
